My personal goal is to help as many people as possible establish their trusted systems of support and to intentionally build the personal infrastructure and communities that provide them with the emotional, social, professional, and financial resilience they need in our age of constant change and disruption.

The Relationship Factor in Leadership and Legacy
For almost two decades, I've been advising global leaders—from Prime Ministers to Fortune 500 CEOs, disruptive founders, and high-impact change makers and it's given me a front-row seat to observe what those who achieve lasting professional and personal success share in common. And what I've consistently found—and what the research and data also show —is that it ultimately comes down to the quality and intentionality of their relationships and the people they choose to surround themselves with.
This observation became the foundation for the Tribe of 12.
"The quality of your relationships determines the quality of your life. In my work, I've discovered that the people who consistently thrive professionally and personally, especially in changing circumstances and high-stress situations, all share one crucial trait: they approach their relationships with a unique level of intention, strategy, and depth."

Personal Infrastructure in a Changing World
Engineering Your Support System
Your Tribe of 12 isn't about collecting connections or growing your network for its own sake. It's about cultivating specific relationship types that provide support, challenge, and opportunity.
When properly constructed, this relationship architecture creates resilience through diversity, ensuring that you have the right people to turn to no matter what challenges or opportunities arise.
